Position: Business Development Executive

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month + Commission (in USD) + Daily Bonuses
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, aligned with US/International clients)

About the Role:

Fortune Tech is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing international clients.
• Develop and deliver professional sales pitches and customized proposals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems.
• Represent Fortune Tech professionally in all client communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (IT industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
• Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) to handle international clients.
