Job Title : Business Development Executive

Job Overview :-

Brillianz Educational Group is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to guide prospective students through the admission process by providing accurate program information, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role involves assisting with applications, verifying documents, and achieving monthly admission targets. The executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience while maintaining high standards of communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Student Counselling & Program Guidance : Provide comprehensive counselling to students on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and institutional offerings.
  • Inquiry Management & Lead Conversion : Handle inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms with professionalism. Conduct structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and ensure a smooth admission journey.
  • Application Processing & Documentation : Assist students with accurate completion of application forms and submission of required documents. Review, verify, and organize all documentation to ensure compliance with institutional standards.
  • Admission Coordination & Status Tracking : Liaise with academic departments and provide timely updates to students regarding their application progress, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Target Achievement & Performance Delivery : Work towards achieving monthly admission targets set by management. Implement effective counselling and sales strategies to drive successful student enrolments.
  • Data Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions using CRM tools or internal systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support management decision-making.
  • Events, Outreach & Field Activities : Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, workshops and Support field marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and strengthen student engagement.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Development : Deliver exceptional service by addressing student queries with clarity and professionalism. Build and maintain strong relationships to support retention, referrals, and institutional reputation.

Requirements :-

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in Sales or Business Development (Education sector preferred).
  • UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi is preferred.
  • Ability to manage field activities and handle on-ground marketing.
  • Knowledge of educational programs, student recruitment, and lead management systems is preferred.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE.
