Position Overview

In the role of Business Development Executive at Carpe Diem, you will be at the helm of identifying and seizing new business opportunities. Your mission will be to forge robust client relationships and spearhead initiatives that drive revenue growth. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in networking, negotiation, and has a profound grasp of market dynamics

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects daily to schedule high-quality meetings.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products or services, demonstrating their benefits to potential clients.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve business targets and broaden our client base.
  • Conduct market research and networking to uncover new market opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both in writing and communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong academic background, preferably O/A Levels.
  • A positive, resilient attitude with a persistent drive to succeed.
  • A competitive and goal-oriented mindset, always striving for the top spot.
  • Outstanding work ethic, demonstrating commitment and diligence.
