Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Present and promote company products/services to potential customers.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development or sales (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
