Business Development Executive

Brain Games Studio is looking for experienced Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of proven success in the industry (Gaming and IT Industry) to join our team

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate leads and expand our customer base
• Develop and refine proposals tailored to the specific requirements of existing and prospective clients
• Coordinate and schedule business meetings with potential clients to discuss our services and offerings
• Strategically position and promote the company's services to align with client objectives and priorities
• Provide responsive and reliable support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
• Foster enduring partnerships with both new and established clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Business Development Executive or in a similar role within the Gaming or IT Services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of IT services, software development, game development, design, or digital marketing (depending on company focus).
• Ability to craft persuasive, concise, and customized proposals for clients.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills to build long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
