Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the
regulated Forex and CFD
industry. As a
BDE
, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our trading products and services. The role involves
cold calling, lead generation, and cross-selling
, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s forex trading products and services.

Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and follow-ups.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable trading solutions.

Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
-
Maintain and update the client database (CRM) accurately and promptly.

Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Support marketing and sales campaigns by aligning with internal teams.

Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline progress to your reporting manager.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or tele sales (preferably in forex, banking, or financial services).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.

Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.

Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus).
