Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team. The role involves identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through various platforms
• Interact with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations
• Recommend suitable automation/digital solutions based on client requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and finance teams for seamless project execution
• Follow up on proposals, project updates, and payments to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate documentation, update CRM, and prepare activity reports
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of automation or technical products (added advantage)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Proactive, organized and willing to travel as needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
