Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Islamabad office. This is a crucial role focused on driving new business acquisition in the North American market, with a specialized emphasis on securing clients for our staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate must be an expert in multi-channel outbound sales, a confident deal closer, and highly skilled in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Acquisition & Sales Closure

  • Generate high-quality leads and close deals for our comprehensive service offerings: software development services and staff augmentation for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Focus on targeting and penetrating the North American market.
  • Confidently present our value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close deals on calls with US and Canadian clients.
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Multi-Channel Outreach Expertise (Non-Negotiable)

  • Upwork: Proven success in strategically acquiring and managing clients from the Upwork platform.
  • LinkedIn Mastery: Act as an expert in executing targeted, high-impact LinkedIn outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs, Hiring Managers, etc.) in the North American market.
  • Email Campaigns: Design, set up, and monitor mass email campaigns for lead generation. Experience with instantly.ai and using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management is highly preferred.

3. Professional Communication

  • Maintain excellent English speaking and written skills for all client interactions, pitches, and professional documents.
  • Must be articulate, persuasive, and willing to go on calls regularly with clients across different time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated experience generating business and sales for software houses/IT services companies.
  • Domain Focus: Mandatory experience generating clients for the Staff Augmentation Model (Tech and Non-Tech).
  • Market Focus: Proven success selling services to the North American market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in sales automation tools (instantly.ai, Salesforce, or similar) and client acquisition platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork).
