Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
Conduct daily customer visits to understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions.
Support BDMs in developing territory sales plans and executing marketing activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 6 months or 01 Yearof sales experience in the courier, logistics, or service industry (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
