Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
-
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting using a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.).

Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within defined markets.
Qualification & Discovery
-
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and priorities.

Assess lead fit using sales qualification methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Opportunity Creation
-
Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings and handoffs to the sales/leadership team.

Maintain consistent follow-up practices to nurture early-stage prospects.
Pipeline Management
-
Accurately record and manage all activities, interactions, and opportunities within the CRM.

Ensure a clean, organized, and up-to-date pipeline to support accurate forecasting.
Partnership Negotiation & Closing
-
Manage the end-to-end negotiation process for the Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely deal closure.
Market Intelligence

Gather and communicate insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

Provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
-
2–3 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role (BDR/BDE/BDM/SE).

Prior experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital solutions is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Ability to engage prospects confidently and build strong professional relationships.

Strong work ethic, self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with a “hunter” mentality.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
