Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting using a multi-channel approach (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.).
  • Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within defined markets.

Qualification & Discovery

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and priorities.
  • Assess lead fit using sales qualification methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

Opportunity Creation

  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings and handoffs to the sales/leadership team.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up practices to nurture early-stage prospects.

Pipeline Management

  • Accurately record and manage all activities, interactions, and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and up-to-date pipeline to support accurate forecasting.

Partnership Negotiation & Closing

  • Manage the end-to-end negotiation process for the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely deal closure.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather and communicate insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role (BDR/BDE/BDM/SE).
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage prospects confidently and build strong professional relationships.
  • Strong work ethic, self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented with a “hunter” mentality.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
