We are a growing IT & Digital Services company, seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base. This is a contract-based role with potential for extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads in target markets.

Pitch IT and digital service offerings to prospective clients.

Manage leads efficiently through Salesforce CRM (or similar tools) – tracking, updating, and following up regularly.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing.

Meet and exceed sales targets within the contract duration.

Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in IT / digital services.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools) for lead management and follow-ups.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Knowledge of IT / digital service industry trends is an advantage.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving goals.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales.
Compensation

Fixed Salary: Competitive (based on experience).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on client acquisition and revenue targets.
Contract Type

3–6 months contract, in-office role (Bangalore).

Potential extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.
