Business Development Executive

We are expanding our team and hiring Business Development Executives to help bring new businesses on board. Ideal candidates should be confident in outbound communication and skilled in generating customer interest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Send follow-up texts and emails to engage and convert leads
• Introduce our services and create interest
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential customers
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales or business development (preferred)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-ups
• Target-driven, confident, and motivated
