As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key on-ground role in expanding E-Bazaar’s seller community. Your primary responsibility will be meeting potential clients in person, explaining our marketplace services, onboarding new sellers, and building long-term business relationships.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in field work, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Seller Acquisition & Onboarding
- Visit potential sellers, brands, and shop owners physically to pitch E-Bazaar services.
- Conduct on-ground meetings to explain the marketplace model and selling advantages.
- Convert leads into registered sellers and assist in completing onboarding requirements.
- Ensure sellers understand listing, pricing, and cataloging processes.
2. Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify potential business segments and new seller categories for growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis, especially comparing with Daraz and other online platforms.
- Create and maintain a solid pipeline of leads.
3. Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with shop owners, vendors, and small/local brands.
- Understand seller concerns and guide them on how to succeed on the platform.
- Act as the face of E-Bazaar for local businesses.
4. Sales & Performance
- Achieve weekly and monthly seller onboarding targets.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads.
- Regularly report field activities and progress to the management team.
5. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the cataloging, customer support, and marketing teams to support newly onboarded sellers.
- Assist sellers in product uploads, training, and platform navigation if required.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in conducting physical client meetings.
- Professional presentation and convincing power.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
