About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT services sales and international market outreach (US, UK, UAE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience identifying potential prospects, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Target customers across US, UK & UAE regions and build a strong qualified pipeline.
  • Understand the company’s IT services offerings and pitch effectively to prospects.
  • Research potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheet daily.
  • Achieve weekly & monthly lead generation targets.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team for campaign execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B IT Services Lead Generation.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK & UAE).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication & email writing skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up and closure support.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
