Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and communicative individual to help drive growth, generate leads, and build relationships with students and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for training and internship programs.
• Conduct market research and pitch our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for strategy alignment.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain sales records.
• Travel for business development activities (as required).

Eligibility:

• Open to freshers and final-year students.
• No minimum GPA or prior experience required.
• Must have strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Compensation:

• During Probation (4 months): ₹13,500/month + ₹10,000 incentive
• After Probation: CTC ₹6 LPA (₹3.6L fixed + ₹2.4L performance-based)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
