We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help expand our client base through both telephonic and physical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in the digital marketing or hospitality industry.
• Make outbound calls to pitch company services and schedule client meetings.
• Conduct physical visits to meet clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales or Hospitality Sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
