Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and versatile Business Development Executive to take ownership of both sales and operational functions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—while also ensuring order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to lead from the front, contributing directly to the growth and success of Corporate Gyft.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Independently identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads, set appointments, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their gifting needs are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales and operational activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries, issues, or feedback with professionalism.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and operational performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
