About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships to drive revenue growth. Candidates with experience in stock broking, mutual funds, or financial services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through digital platforms, referrals, and field outreach initiatives.
  • Engage with company-provided leads to convert them into active trading clients and long-term investors.
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new business partners and associates to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Provide end-to-end onboarding and operational support to business partners for seamless functioning.
  • Achieve assigned targets for revenue, client acquisition, and overall business growth.
  • Conduct presentations and consultations to explain company products, services, and partnership models.
  • Customize business proposals and investment solutions as per client requirements and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time updates of client and partner interactions in the CRM system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
