  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate and travel trade partners.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for rooms, banquets, and events.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office, Banquet, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Attend trade fairs, networking events, and sales calls to promote the hotel brand.
  • Maintain proper records of sales calls, client feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to the General Manager.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or business development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
