About Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our affiliate on boarding process and nurture client relationships. This role bridges communication between clients, affiliates, and internal teams—ensuring seamless on boarding, smooth coordination, and strong long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, from on boarding to campaign scaling and renewal.
  • Partner with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and maintain high-quality traffic.
  • Work closely with internal performance, sales, and tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Develop data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations for client growth.
  • Negotiate pay-outs, terms, and new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain strong communication to ensure transparency and trust.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2.5 years of experience in client servicing, affiliate marketing, or account management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic affiliate tracking platforms.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
