We're Hiring for "Business Development Executive"

Preferred Industry : retail / showroom sales (preferably in mattresses, furniture, home decor, or lifestyle products)

Only Males
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 1 - 5 Years
Salary : Up to 25K
Location : Kokapet
Day Shifts , 6Days Working
Timings- 10:30AM to 7:30PM

Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Telugu).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (POS, MS Office, CRM).

Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and engage showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable mattress & bedding solutions.
2. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and USP of 100% Natural Latex Mattresses & Pillows.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain knowledge of all product lines, promotions, and offers.
4. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and close sales effectively.
5. Assist in showroom display, product arrangements, and overall customer experience.
6. Manage billing, receipts, and basic stock records as required ,Follow up with customers post-purchase for feedback and referrals.
7. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company sales policies.
8. Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients. Traveling to customer sites for face-to-face meetings.
9. Attending industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
