Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions or services.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Manage and coordinate existing sales team members to bring the full potential
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain an accurate record of all leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1.5 year of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Having laptop is plus
