Sales & Business Development Executive

We are a company with a matured SaaS-based product that manages primarily POS, inventory management, and ERP functionalities for businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand, take part and possibly lead the implementation/configuration phase of our products for client accounts
  • Demonstrate our products in remote screen share sessions to the new prospects.
  • Guide the clients and their various teams on how to use our products, and answer their queries in written or presentation sessions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Software Product implementer, Software product presenter, or relevant role
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and presentation abilities
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Bengali and English (Preferred)
