We are Currently Looking for Business Development Executive

Experience : Fresher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping expand our company’s reach in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with clients in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT/software services (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
