Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Work on bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) to acquire projects.
• Handle client communication and project coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development or online bidding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of IT services and digital solutions preferred.
