Key Responsibilities

● Generate leads and convert them into long-term client relationships (B2B & Corporate).

● Drive business expansion with large companies and strategic accounts.

● Manage client presentations, proposals, and contract closures.

● Coordinate with internal design, production, and installation teams for timely delivery.

● Ensure client satisfaction across all projects.

● Develop and maintain strong client relationships at decision-making levels.

● Act as the single point of contact for clients during project execution.

● Conduct regular follow-ups for repeat business and referrals.

● Assist in smooth coordination between production, digital, and fabrication teams.

● Monitor timelines, reporting, and support resource allocation for projects.

● Drive upselling and cross-selling by identifying opportunities within existing and new accounts to promote upgrades, complementary solutions, and bundled services for revenue growth.

● Revive dormant and inactive client accounts by rebuilding relationships and generating fresh business opportunities.

● Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, Social Media Lead Generation.

● Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience

● Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Client Servicing

● Experience handling corporate clients will be preferred.

Work Conditions & Benefits

● Work Days: 6 days/week

● Working Hours: 9 hours/day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
