Infera AIBI Campus is a leading edtech training institute offering professional programs in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Technology, and Creative fields. We are growing rapidly and looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential students through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
  • Explain course details, features, and career outcomes to prospective candidates.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and reports in CRM.
  • Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Participate in marketing activities, events, seminars, and outreach programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Any degree (Graduates preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development is an added advantage.
