Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential students through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Explain course details, features, and career outcomes to prospective candidates.
- Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and reports in CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Participate in marketing activities, events, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partner institutions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle student queries patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Any degree (Graduates preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, counseling, or business development is an added advantage.
