Job Description

Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Title: BDE - Business Development Executive
Reports To: Manager

Role Summary

Responsible for managing client leads, ensuring smooth order execution, maintaining CRM records, and supporting business growth through effective communication, quotation management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client leads and assist in order execution.
  • Update client status and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare and share error-free quotations, maintain version history, check stock reports, and commit accurate delivery timelines.
  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and ensure closure.
  • Plan and execute activities based on seasonal trends and marketing insights.
  • Keep marketing materials (brochures, e-brochures) updated.
  • Actively participate in events, shows, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
  • Continuously upgrade knowledge in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Support initiatives in business development, digitalization, and process improvement.

Key Requirements :

Education Graduate

Experience1–2 years (preferably in Textile Industry)

Skills Team Management, Communication, Data Management, Customer Handling

IT Skills MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint

Interpersonal Skills Negotiation, Coordination, Self-Motivation, Rejection Handling, People Management

Salary (CTC)As per industry standards (APIS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
