Position: Business Development Executive / Academic Counsellor
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid, Office-based role)
Experience: 6 months -2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable programs that align with their goals.
• Oversee the complete admissions journey — from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Achieve enrollment and revenue goals through structured outreach and follow-ups.
• Communicate with learners via calls, emails, and messages to provide timely support and information.
• Address questions related to curriculum, career outcomes, and placement opportunities.
• Work closely with the marketing and placement teams to align strategies with learner needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3years of experience in counselling, sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to identify learner needs and convert them into successful enrollments.
• Target-oriented with a drive to achieve consistent results.
