This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch our products/services.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data and progress reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., IT, Digital Marketing, SaaS, etc.].
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
