Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities for nutraceuticals/pharmaceuticals across the globe.
- Preferable if candidate has existing clients & connections that can be converted to leads for nutraceutical/pharmaceutical channels.
- Preferably has close connection with the customers from nutraceutical/pharmaceutical background 1) North America 2) Europe 3) Asia-Pacific 4) South America 5) Middle East & Africa.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Obtaining referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
- Preferable if candidate has gained experience in generating sizable business in previous organization.
- Overseeing pre-sales to post-sales support activities.
- Recognizing customer feedback to improve product portfolio.
- Represent the company at nutraceutical/pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows, engaging with potential clients showcasing nutraceutical/pharmaceutical drugs and generating leads.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical sector to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nutraceutical/pharmaceutical clients, key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives in the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical sector.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts focusing on nutraceutical/pharmaceutical drugs to prospective clients.
- Should have understanding of Tenders & be efficient in participating Tenders.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, nutraceutical/pharmaceutical market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Provide regular updates and reports on nutraceutical/pharmaceutical sales activities, pipeline status and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably within the Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical market landscape, Industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with Nutraceutical & Pharmaceutical clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
