Udggam is expanding! We're hiring a Sales Executive (B2B) for Uttarakhand + Delhi NCR. If you have 3–4 years of industrial/factory sales experience and enjoy client-facing work, this role is for you.

Location: Haridwar / Dehradun

Territory: Uttarakhand (Haridwar SIDCUL, Dehradun, Pantnagar SIDCUL) + Delhi NCR travel

We’re Hiring – Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

Udggam specializes in designing and manufacturing workplace apparel for India’s leading industries. With our expansion across Uttarakhand & Delhi NCR, we’re seeking a driven Sales Executive with 3–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within factories, plants, corporates, or industrial clients.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and convert B2B leads
• Visit factories/plants across Uttarakhand + NCR
• Understand client uniform/workwear needs
• Present samples, prepare proposals, and negotiate closures
• Build relationships with procurement, HR & admin teams
• Maintain CRM, follow-ups, and sales documentation
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Who You Are

• Confident, well-spoken (Hindi + English)
• Presentable, professional, and strong in client interactions
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline
• Comfortable travelling across Uttarakhand & NCR
• Experience in industrial/B2B field sales is a big plus

Qualifications

• Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior B2B experience with factories/industrial clients is an advantage
