About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive with slight experience in real estate. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and be comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate reports, client data, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 0.6 – 2 years of experience in real estate or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented individual.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate markets (advantageous).
  • Must be willing to work onsite at Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.
