Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Support/Sales Support Representative to conduct outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and promote our dropshipping and e-commerce service packages to U.S.-based clients.

This role involves identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, presenting service offerings, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects including e-commerce sellers, freelancers, Amazon operators, and small business owners.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and follow-ups.
• Present and promote our dropshipping/e-commerce service packages including store setup, sourcing, automation, order fulfillment, and ongoing support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate service plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage lead pipelines effectively.
• Assist senior sales representatives by scheduling consultations or demos.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer support, outbound calling, call centers, or lead generation (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, dropshipping, or digital sales is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
