Job Title: Business Development Executive (Recruitment Consultancy)

About the Role
You’ll help bring in new clients and support them with their hiring needs. The role needs someone who’s confident, good with communication, and comfortable handling client conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to companies for recruitment partnerships
  • Pitch services and build long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and share them with the internal team
  • Follow up on calls, meetings, proposals, and closures
  • Maintain lead records and support smooth coordination
  • Achieve monthly client and revenue targets

Required Skills

  • Strong communication
  • Comfortable with calls and meetings
  • Basic understanding of recruitment
  • Good follow-up and negotiation
  • Self-driven and organised

Qualifications

  • Any graduate
  • Experience in recruitment or B2B sales is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
