Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through various channels to support business expansion.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business pitches for client meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and technical teams to align business strategies.
- Support the development of business plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Participate in online demos, product explanations, and onboarding processes when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Qualification: BCA is mandatory (strong foundational technical knowledge required).
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of software, APIs, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in the IT, SaaS, or tech-enabled services industry.
