Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) ( females)

Location: Lucknow

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: upto 35k per month (negotiable based on candidate’s profile)

Experience: 1-3 years preferred ( communication skills )

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to gas and petroleum services

Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing customers

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Coordinate with the operations and billing teams to ensure timely service delivery

Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer data

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable

Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback to improve service

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business, Commerce, or Marketing)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge

Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset

Ability to multitask and handle pressure
