We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who’s excited about growing with us. Your role will span from discovering new leads to closing projects with global clients. If you’re comfortable using platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach to bring in business, we’d love to meet you.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate and reach out to new leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing global/local clients.
- Understand client needs, share relevant service offerings, and keep conversations moving toward closure.
- Create proposals, coordinate with the technical team, and manage the full follow-up cycle until the deal is closed.
- Research markets, spot new opportunities, and keep an eye on competitor activities.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Attend online/offline events, networking spaces, and communities to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with digital trends, industry shifts, and adapt strategies during market slowdowns or challenging sectors.
- Bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to help the company enter new markets and maintain strong client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably with IT services.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and online business platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well in a team, can handle pressure, and thrives in collaborative settings.
- Familiar with digital marketing, content strategies, and AI-driven customer engagement tools.
- Comfortable with virtual/in-person client meetings.
- Awareness of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
- Flexible to work across overlapping time zones for global clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
