Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within the overseas education sector. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships with educational institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including educational institutions, agencies, and other stakeholders in the overseas education sector.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Executive role, preferably within the overseas education sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the overseas education market, including knowledge of study destinations, academic programs, and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute effective sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
