Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding VPLAK’s business reach — by onboarding new partners, increasing category sales, and building strong client and brand relationships. You’ll bridge product expertise, sales acumen, and digital growth strategies to accelerate the company’s premium product sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new brand partners, dealers, and B2B clients.
  • Develop strategic tie-ups with architects, system integrators, and audio-video consultants.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to launch new product categories and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and pricing strategies.
  • Create customized proposals and presentations for premium clients.
  • Drive online and offline sales opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or AV industry).
  • Strong understanding of premium audio, video, and home entertainment products (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
