About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and grow client relationships in the financial services domain. The role involves acquiring new clients, servicing existing investors, and offering investment and insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and service HNI & retail clients.
• Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable investment products.
• Cross-sell & up-sell multiple financial solutions (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, etc.).
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate KYC and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business.
• 0–2 years of experience in financial product sales or client servicing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Certifications like NISM/IRDAI preferred.
