Business Development Executive (Cold Calling)

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (preferably B2B/IT sector).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Confident handling international calls and working across time zones.
- Experience using CRMs and outreach tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented.
