Penta Express, a rapidly expanding international courier and logistics company, is hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) to support our growth across key regions in Pakistan. We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and customer-focused individuals who can build strong relationships, drive sales, and contribute to our mission of delivering world-class logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, networking, and referrals.
- Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs, eCommerce businesses, and corporate clients.
- Conduct daily field visits to understand client needs and propose customized logistics solutions.
- Assist Business Development Managers (BDMs) in developing territory plans and executing sales and marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the courier, logistics, or service industry (Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
