Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the management team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies to enhance customer outreach.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in phone-based marketing, telesales, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers over the phone and handle objections effectively.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call-handling systems (preferred).
- Fluency in English language
