Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound marketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and persuasively.
  • Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the management team.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies to enhance customer outreach.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in phone-based marketing, telesales, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers over the phone and handle objections effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call-handling systems (preferred).
  • Fluency in English language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
