Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our presence across the GCC region. The role focuses on promoting digital and professional business services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will excel in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
This position is primarily remote-based, with plans to set up a Dubai office soon, offering excellent exposure and growth opportunities within a fast-evolving business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, explore, and pursue new business opportunities across the GCC region.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and online business platforms.
- Conduct research on target industries, organizations, and key decision-makers.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to promote digital business solutions.
- Deliver tailored business presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales and client records in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market feedback.
- Represent the organization at professional events and online forums to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition, preferably in digital, marketing, or IT services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Strong understanding of GCC market dynamics and business culture.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in digital marketing, consulting, or managed IT services.
- Exposure to regional or international business development across the GCC.
- Certification in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- AED 6,000 per month base salary.
- Commission structure: 7.5%–15% based on performance and target achievements.
- Mostly remote work flexibility (transitioning to a Dubai-based office soon).
