Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international leads via WhatsApp, email, website, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and recommend appropriate services.
  • Explain SEO, SMM, outreach, and digital marketing offerings clearly to clients.
  • Conduct Zoom/Google Meet consultations when required.
  • Prepare and send proposals, pricing documents, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead status and communication logs in CRM (Zoho CRM or similar).
  • Coordinate with the SEO, SMM, and Outreach teams for onboarding new clients.
  • Achieve monthly closures and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing sales.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken + written).
  • Ability to handle international clients professionally.
  • Understanding of SEO, SMM, outreach, or digital marketing basics.
  • Good negotiation, follow-up discipline, and closing ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive).

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Past experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to explain services clearly and build client trust.
  • Goal-driven with the ability to meet monthly sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
