Position Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through digital marketing.

As part of our core team, you will play a key role in driving new client acquisition, developing partnerships, and shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of digital marketing solutions.
  • Present and promote our services (social media management, SEO, PPC, web design, Advertising , Company building , etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align client needs with service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales or client acquisition targets.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help shape business strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge or genuine interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
