Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the catering and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.
  • Attend networking events and client meetings to promote company services.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and prospects.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand values at all times.

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Emirati (UAE National)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in catering, F&B, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE catering market and corporate/government client landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
