Business Development Executive (Evening Shift)

Job description

Design Henge seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will excel in online bidding, client communication, and converting opportunities into successful projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new business opportunities on Upwork for Web Design, Website Development, Graphic Design, and related services.
• Write tailored proposals aligned with each project’s requirements.
• Estimate project pricing, communicate with clients, and successfully close deals.
• Gather client requirements, coordinate with the internal team, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain excellent ratings and strong client relationships across all online platforms.

Qualification & Experience requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer along with a strong bidding track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.

Job Details

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: Johar Block 4, Karachi
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (including freelancing experience)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Evening (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM)
