Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the exhibitions, events, and advertising sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, organizers, agencies, and vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, estimating, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans.
- Attend exhibitions, meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote company services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese Language– both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of booth fabrication, build-up materials, or event production is a strong advantage.
